Awaken to Your Nature.
There’s something different about finding a quiet patch beneath the trees — where the air feels softer, your shoulders drop, and for a moment, you remember how good it feels to simply be.
That’s the feeling behind Our Nature.
This is a space to move, breathe, stretch, rest, laugh, learn, and reconnect — with yourself, with community, and with the world around you.

Meet Irie

"Beyond the numbers, notifications, and societal noise lies your true nature. Let's journey back to it together"
For Irie, yoga is about more than movement. It’s an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels natural.
After stepping away from the corporate world to follow a deeper calling toward wellness, Irie created Our Nature Yoga as an extension of her own journey — one rooted in movement, community, spirituality, and creating spaces where people can simply be.
Just come as you are.

Between Earth and Sky: The Art of Receiving
Between Earth and Sky: The Art of Receiving is a six-day immersive retreat inviting participants to step outside the pace of everyday life and explore what it means to receive.
So much of our energy moves outward into our work, relationships, responsibilities, and the people we care for. This retreat creates room for another rhythm: movement and stillness, strength and softness, effort and surrender, solitude and community.
Retreat
July 19-24th 2027
Costa Rica

Through yoga, movement, breathwork, sound, ritual, somatic exploration, creativity, nature, and meaningful connection, participants will encounter different pathways into relationship with themselves, the land, and one another.
Receiving may look like allowing support, moving in a way that nourishes the body, resting without needing to earn it, making room for joy, connecting with others, spending time alone, or listening to what is asking for attention

My overall experience with Miss Ariel was amazing. We did yoga in the park, we cleansed our energy
stretched and meditated- after our session, I was able to take in all of the positive energy from our session
and enjoy calming music from James. The overall experience was simply magical.

I had an amazing experience at Irie's Nature Yoga! The Neo Soul Yoga class was something special. The music, the outdoor setting, and the flow all came together in a way that felt grounding and joyful at the same time. Irie's teaching style is so welcoming. She creates a space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter their level, and her cues are clear, calm, and encouraging.
As a yoga instructor myself, I really appreciated how intentional she was with the sequencing and how she kept the energy connected from start to finish. I walked away feeling lighter, more present, and recharged in both body and mind. Practicing in nature with that soulful soundtrack reminded me why this practice matters.
I'd highly recommend Irie's classes to anyone looking for a practice that feeds the body and the spirit.
I'll definitely be back!
